DAY 2

Weight: 144.3

Today I was more tired and achy.  It's hard to say if its the diet, or the fact that my period has started.  I got lots of things crossed off my list today.  Being on my feet hurt and my lower back was killer.  I had less cravings, although sweets pop into my mind now and then.  I am very much looking forward to vegetables!  I find I am very thirsty all the time.  oh and one other thing....I did cheat.  It was the dipping sauce.  Irresistible.   I had maybe 3 tbs?  Oh well.  It could be worse!

Breakfast:

3 slices of bacon
1 soft boiled egg
coffee with cream

snack:

fat free yogurt

lunch:

faux lobster bites
chicken stuffed with a mozzarella bechamel sauce
almond milk coffee

snack:

 lobster bites
roibos chai with cream

Dinner:

pork peanut satay with dipping sauce
coffee with cream
