DAY 2

Weight: 144.3

Today I was more tired and achy.  It's hard to say if its the diet, or the fact that my period has started.  I got lots of things crossed off my list today.  Being on my feet hurt and my lower back was killer.  I had less cravings, although sweets pop into my mind now and then.  I am very much looking forward to vegetables!  I find I am very thirsty all the time.  oh and one other thing....I did cheat.  It was the dipping sauce.  Irresistible.   I had maybe 3 tbs?  Oh well.  It could be worse!

Breakfast:

3 slices of bacon
1 soft boiled egg
coffee with cream

snack:

fat free yogurt

lunch:

faux lobster bites
chicken stuffed with a mozzarella bechamel sauce
almond milk coffee

snack:

 lobster bites
roibos chai with cream

Dinner:

pork peanut satay with dipping sauce
coffee with cream

Pure protein day ONE

Weight: 146.3

Today is the beginning.  The day that I embark on my journey to no starch land.  Where visions of sugar plums dance in my head, but my hands stay away, no sugar beast will be fed!  It was alright.  I wasn't too hungry.  I ate when I was, and then felt full.  Although I did crave sugary things like chocolate and cookies.  But then I remembered..."Not today"!  It wasn't to bad.  I ate:

Breakfast:

1 soft boiled egg
coffee with cream
water

Lunch

Swiss stuffed chicken breast (YUM)
1 european weiner
roibos chai with cream
WATER

snack

fat free sugar free yogurt
1 can of sardines in tomato sauce
1 small coffee
water

dinner

1 1/2 servings of chicken wrapped in bacon
coffee with cream
water

1 Snack:

soft boiled egg
water

I was real thirsty, and had a hankering for something fresh (like Vegetables) but breads and stuff i could do without.  Overall a good start.
